I was nice though because I was trying to give them an "honorary" check because I wasn't getting paid for two days, They didn't bite. So wracking my brain, I thought of my only friend that always had large quantities of cash around, and luckily he came through! Then there it was, just like you said, a $148 ticket. That was a punch in the face. I want to steal all the parking signs in LA, then open a "Used Parking Sign" company and sell them back! The was this city is run, I'd probably make a bundle!
